Mission

The Institute of Nautical and Port Education, A.C., IENPAC, has the mission of providing training, certification of competencies and verification services in accordance with existing regulations, through services that meet our clients’ requirements for improvement and professional development, enhance their social well-being and quality of life, and contribute to the preservation of the country’s natural resources.

Merchant marine. For those working aboard merchant vessels in deck, engine and catering. Training under the STCW Convention and the Manila Amendments.
